What people said after the maps were on the table

These notes refer to named programmes from this studio. We kept a mild reservation in the mix. Nobody here is paid for a quote.

“Drop-off archaeology in the SEA Mobile Conversion Lab is the first time our CRM and media leads used the same timestamps. The spreadsheet templates assume a cleaner event dictionary than we had; we spent a week renaming hits before the exercises clicked.”

Krittin Malee, performance lead, Bangkok fashion app

I came for Attribution Without Guesswork because our LINE partner kept inventing source names. Arthit’s checklist is now taped above the intern desk. Still waiting for a deeper SKAN module — they openly refuse to fake one.

Creative Fatigue Diagnostics stopped us rotating five banners a day on a QSR offer that was actually dying at the address form. We did not love the homework load.

Cohort Retention Mapping finally explained why our April curve looked like a cliff. Songkran, not “brand love.” Would have liked more time on subscription apps; the classroom set is mostly commerce.

“App-to-Web Handoff Analytics is dry in the best way. We found a token expiry that looked like bounce. Nalinee would not let us celebrate until we measured it on a second week.”

Somsak V., product manager, regional cosmetics D2C

Edited with the companies. Metrics are directional, from their internal readouts after the studio work, not Switch Nodehub guarantees.

Team collaborating around laptops

Pattaya boutique hotel app — OTP wall

A 40-room independent hotel launched a booking app for returning guests. Media spend looked healthy; first paid nights did not. During SEA Mobile Conversion Lab, the team timed the OTP step on AIS and True: 11–16 seconds on a busy evening, with the resend button below the fold on smaller Androids.

They moved resend above the code field, allowed email fallback for guests who had already stayed once, and stopped counting “OTP requested” as a micro-conversion in weekly reports. Six weeks later, install-to-hold-deposit rose from 6.8% to 9.1% on the same spend band. The reservation: room inventory still capped weekends, so the funnel win did not magically fill August.

Regional cosmetics D2C — app-to-web return

Somsak’s team ran a Thai-language app for shade quizzes, then dropped people onto a desktop-styled m-web checkout. App-to-Web Handoff Analytics showed the session token dying when users opened the cart from a LINE notification two hours later.

They extended token life for logged-in shade profiles only, and tagged the LINE return as its own path instead of lumping it with paid social. Repeat-purchase rate among quiz completers moved from 12% to 15% over a quarter. They still lose guests who refuse account creation; the studio did not pretend a funnel course would fix brand trust.
