FAQ
Do we work on my live advertising account?
No. That is a real limitation, not a teaser. Classroom datasets are anonymised exports. If your event names are a mess, you will still recognise the pattern, but we will not log into Meta, Google, or LINE OA for you. Teams that need that kind of pairing should look at Switch Circle after the lab, not during it.
Is there a certificate the Ministry would recognise?
No. You receive a studio letter of completion. It is useful internally; it is not a licensed credential.
What English level do you expect?
Sessions, slides, and peer presentations are in English. If that would slow your thinking more than it helps mixed teams share notes, wait for a Thai-language clinic — we run those rarely and announce them by email.
Can I join only the Pattaya clinic?
The clinic is optional aftercare for enrolled lab students who can travel to Bang Lamung. It is not a standalone workshop.
