Privacy notice
This notice explains how Switch Nodehub handles personal data when you use switch-nodehub.digital or enrol in a programme. Last updated 1 August 2026.
Data controller
Switch Nodehub is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through teaching administration. We process data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and, where a learner is in another jurisdiction, we still apply this notice as our operating standard.
What we collect and why
Enquiry forms collect name, email, optional topic, and message so we can reply about programmes. If you later accept a quotation we may also keep company name, billing details, attendance records, and forum identifiers. We do not ask for your customers’ personal data in class; if you accidentally paste live identifiers into a homework file we will ask you to redact and replace it.
Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested path for security and diagnostics. Cookie-related storage is described on Cookies.
Legal bases
We rely on your request to take steps toward a contract when you enquire or enrol; on legitimate interests in running a small teaching studio and securing the site; on consent where you accept optional analytics cookies; and on legal obligation where tax or accounting rules require us to keep invoices.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you. Accepted quotations, invoices, and attendance records are kept for five years to meet Thai accounting practice, then destroyed. Cookie preference in localStorage remains until you clear it or we change the storage key. Forum access for Lattice Studio learners ends 30 days after the last session unless a Switch Circle retainer is active.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies without losing access to course pages or forms. You may lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise rights, write to info@switch-nodehub.digital with enough detail for us to locate your record. We respond within 30 days unless the law allows a longer period for complex requests.
International transfers
The studio is in Thailand. Hosting, email, or forum tools may process data on servers outside Thailand (for example in Singapore or the European Union). Where that happens we use contractual safeguards with the processor and limit the data to what the tool needs. We do not sell personal data. We do not use classroom datasets as a transfer vehicle for your customers’ information.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold data of a minor, we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this notice when our processing changes in a material way. The date at the top is the marker. Continued use after an update means you have read the new version.
