Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry form, or accepting a written quotation for a Trace Brief, Lattice Studio seat, or Switch Circle retainer, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse or postpone a seat when a brief is incomplete or when the syllabus is a poor fit; that refusal is not a breach.

This website does not take payment. A binding teaching contract exists only when we issue a quotation and you accept it in writing (email is enough). Until then, published fees are informational.

What we provide

Switch Nodehub provides education and critique in Mobile Funnel Analytics. We do not operate advertising accounts, guarantee commercial results, or issue credentials recognised by a Thai ministry or professional regulator. Classroom datasets are anonymised teaching copies. You remain responsible for your own production systems, licences, and data protection duties toward your customers.

Intellectual property

Course slides, classroom datasets, readout templates, and journal articles on this site are owned by Switch Nodehub or used under licence. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal work. You may not republish slides, resell seats, or upload datasets to public repositories. Your enquiry content and any redacted maps you later share remain yours; we may keep a copy only as needed to teach or to handle a dispute.

The Switch Nodehub name, node mark, and site design are studio identifiers. You may not imply partnership without written consent.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not probe, scrape at a volume that degrades the host, submit malware, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising. We may block addresses that abuse the mock or production endpoints. Lecture recordings, where provided, are for enrolled learners only and may not be redistributed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Switch Nodehub is not liable for lost profits, lost media spend, inaccurate decisions made from your live data, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from teaching. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid arrangement is limited to the fees you actually paid for that arrangement in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply.

The site is offered “as available.” Planned maintenance, host outages, or a failed form post to the demonstration endpoint do not create a claim for damages.

Governing law and venue

These terms, and any dispute arising from the site or from a teaching arrangement, are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Chonburi Province have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer venue rule requires otherwise for an individual learner resident in Thailand.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to a signed teaching quotation are not made unilaterally; they require a written amendment.
